Return and Exchanges policies

Please note the following before raising any exchange or return requests.

Exchange & Return Policy

Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects or damages, or if you receive the wrong item, reach out to us immediately at support@thecasestore.in


Exchange or return is available only on faulty products within days of delivery.


Eligibility criteria for a return/exchange:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • A 360-degree unboxing video of the package is mandatory for any damaged or missing items. Without video, replacement or refund will be offered. We need the video to raise complaints with our logistic partners in case of theft or damage during transit.

If your exchange/return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Refunds will only be granted for items sent back to us after requesting a return.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and initiate the refunds or replacements once the inspection is approved. The refund can take upto 3-5 working days to be processed and reflected in your account.


Order Cancellation
