Please note the following before raising any exchange or return requests.
Product fit issues?
Our cases will fit perfectly on a naked phone. If a skin or film is attached to the phone, the case/cover may not fit perfectly. We (Anu Enterprise) will not be responsible for any such issues or concerns that occur to the buyer.
Tempered Glass Screen Protector
Refund or replacement of tempered glass screen protectors will apply only on damaged on-arrival products.
A product will not be replaced or refunded under the following circumstances:
- The customer is not happy with the looks of a defect-free product
- Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product
- Any damage caused by the user
- Self-placed wrong order (for example, Ordered the wrong model or product)
- Not the same as advertised
- Purchased from a local store or another website
Exchange & Return Policy
Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects or damages, or if you receive the wrong item, reach out to us immediately at support@thecasestore.in
Exchange or return is available only on faulty products within 5 days of delivery.
Eligibility criteria for a return/exchange:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- A 360-degree unboxing video of the package is mandatory for any damaged or missing items. Without video, replacement or refund will be offered. We need the video to raise complaints with our logistic partners in case of theft or damage during transit.

If your exchange/return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Refunds will only be granted for items sent back to us after requesting a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and initiate the refunds or replacements once the inspection is approved. The refund can take up to 3-5 working days to be processed and reflected in your account.

Order Cancellation
Cancellations are only applicable for non-fulfilled orders. Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee will apply for the cancellation.
